Version History Our free plan has been updated in two ways: we have reduced the annual inspections from 8 to 5, and we have given free plan customers access to the web dashboard. 1.11.10 2d ago Introducing new paid plans: Solo, Plus, and Max. 1.11.9 Oct 8 We have added an email verification step to changing your account's email address. 1.11.8 Sep 15 Bug fix: occassional "empty" checklists after capturing a video and returning to a room/area page.
A few library updates that will improve some memory management. 1.11.7 Sep 10 New feature: you can upload property photos!
Quality of life improvements while running an inspection:
- The "Next area" sheet will automatically open on "Save and continue" until you finish your first walkthrough
- There is now a full report summary (photos, videos) on the wrap up page
- If you have a particularly large video upload, and you leave the app or close the app, when you come back to resume your upload, it will start where it left off! (ie, progress capture)
- When uploading your inspections, there is a fun UI that shows the in-flight photos/videos uploading in real time 1.11.6 Sep 4 New inspection Sharing features:
- You can now have myInspections share your reports via email with anyone that needs to sign or view them
- A new widget to share the secure links to your reports
- A new QR code widget to let anyone with you in person view a copy of your reports

This also includes some quality of life improvements while running your inspections:
- Open pressing "Save and continue", your menu to select your next area to inspect will automatically open
- The inspection "Wrap up" button is back anchored to the bottom of the page

It features some behind-the-scenes data storage improvements. 1.11.4 Aug 25 New: inspection templates can be "pinned" to properties, making that the default template applied to a property.
Also, we've added some streamlining to starting a new inspection to quickly get started inspecting with starting suggestions from your last inspection. 1.11.3 Aug 17 Inspection templates are here.

Build a template once and run every inspection against it: your checklists, your commonly inspected areas, and your own instructions for whoever is on site. You get consistent reports across different properties and different inspectors. Inspection templates replace property templates and checklist templates, and are included on the Landlord plan and above.

• Starting an inspection offers your templates first, with the ones you use most at the top, and search once you have a few
• The walkthrough suggests the areas from your template, so you're not rebuilding the same inspection every time
• Build and edit your templates and their checklists on the web, then use them here
• Our esigning flow is now the default for everyone. If you'd like to opt-out in the short term, you can do so via Settings > Beta features.

This update also ships with a number of small bug fixes and styling improvements. 1.11.2 Aug 13 This one's mostly under the hood: a round of cleanup and small fixes to keep your inspections running smoothly. - You can now move a photo or video to another room or area.
- The room gallery lets you bulk move and bulk delete your photos and videos, plus a lot of polish throughout.
- Wrapping up is now watertight: if a room's condition checklist still has unrated items, we'll flag them and guide you straight there, so nothing gets left pending.
- Smoother performance on rooms with lots of photos and videos.
- Extra upload recovery smarts, so the odd photo or video that wouldn't go through before now does. 1.11.0 Jul 15 - Our syncing has been rebuilt from the ground up. It's faster, steadier, and fixes some rare cases of duplicate records.
- Camera hiccups on some old devices now show a clear try-again screen with an automatic retry.
- When snapping photos/videos, the photo/video toggle now sits just below the capture button, closer to your thumb. 1.10.3 Jul 8 New: Streamlined inspections (beta) — a faster, simpler way to complete an inspection from start to finish, now with in-app e-signing for you and anyone else who needs to sign.
